Exercising with baby on board

Hey Everybody!!

So, I have been keeping up on my fitness for the most part. The doctor said my pregnancy is very healthy and that excercising is so awesome for you, your baby, and your pregnancy. I found it makes me feel much better when I finished working out.  HE just said I can not overdue it like I may be used to and I need to make sure I eat the right amount of calories on day I work out. I have just been doing my normal treadmill walking/jogging.... it is getting very boring so I can not wait until it is nice outside so I can walk at the park and ride my bike to change things up a bit. I also went last week and walked sawnee mountain. That was fun and a workout. My mom went with me : ) I love Sawnee mountain.... I have been going there for a nice hike, just to get away, for the view and just being outside and in nature since I was a sophomore in high school. If you have never been ; Check it out!!!!

There are so many benefits of excercising during your pregnancy...i hope my body takes advantage of my hard work ; )

Luke and I are doing well all around... I am starting to grow somewhat.... I still dont "look pregnant". I feel like that can not get her fast enough so people don't just hink im "chubby" ha ha.
